Intranet Rollout Webinar – Follow up questions

The fourth of five webinars in our series on Creating the Successful Law Firm Intranet has been successfully completed.  In addition to our regular speakers (Amy Witt from Nina Platt Consulting Inc. and Laurie Southerton from Southerton Consulting & Art), we had a very informative law firm case study demonstrated by Marty Metz from O’Melveny & Myers.  This session focused on planning a successful intranet rollout and included many great tips on communication, training, pilot testing, and planning. 

We did received a follow up question for Marty about something he mentioned in his slides.  One of our attendees wants to know, “What is a feedback loop?”  Here’s Marty’s answer:

What I meant by ‘feedback loop’ is that users can contact our intranet team by sending an email request, where each request is consolidated into our tracking system.  We can then close the loop by publicly letting our users know what we’re hearing from them and what we’re doing.
